or other legal guarantee that Interactive REmixwill continue any practices described. Interactive Remix reserves the right, at its sole discretion, with or without notice, to change
any content of this handbook or any other Company policies and procedures. No officer, manager,
or Billable Employee of the Company, other than the CEO or his/her designee, has the authority to
promise or agree to any substantive terms or conditions of employment different from those stated in
this handbook or any written policies/procedures.
